CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING POLICY: Deposits are not required at the time of booking. A valid debit or credit card must be kept on file to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and is only used in accordance with our cancellation and booking policies. Cash is our preferred method of payment. Card payments are also accepted and are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that unexpected circumstances happen and will always approach these situations with compassion. However, to maintain consistency and fairness to all clients, appointments cancelled or rescheduled outside 48 hours will be subject to a 75% charge of the scheduled service total. No-call/no-shows will be charged 99% of the scheduled service total and will be restricted from future online booking. Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times regardless of changes within the 48 hour window. Once an appointment has reached the 3-reschedule limit, it will be cancelled and a deposit will be required for future bookings. ILLNESS POLICY: For the health and safety of our clients and studio, please do not come to your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, a contagious infection, or other symptoms that may be contagious. If you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. Illness does not automatically waive the 48-hour cancellation policy. Please do not come to your appointment sick simply to avoid a cancellation/ no show fee. We appreciate your consideration of our clients and staff. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are valid toward services only and may not be used toward retail product purchases.
