CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING POLICY: Deposits are not required upon booking, but a valid debit or credit card must be on file to secure your appointment and will not be charged at the time of booking. Card or cash is accepted. Please note all card payments will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: Client's must cancel or reschedule appointment at least 48 hours in advance . If cancellation policy goes unfollowed, it will result in a 75% charge of all services regardless of unfortunate reasoning. No call no shows will be charged 99% of the service cost and will be blocked from future booking. We allow a 15-minute grace period. If grace period goes over 15-minutes, it's considered a no show and you will be charged 99% of service cost.
